After agreeing to a return, the seller became extremely rude and accused me of trying to rip her off simply because I didn’t respond quickly enough while I was away on a business trip. Despite that, I had already shipped the boots back at my own expense. The seller had said she would reimburse me for the return shipping, but never did. Honestly, a terrible experience overall.
