But the desk and parts were intact, good quality (the backings are a little sad but I think that's to be expected). Desk looks and functions great. Overall a great price for the desk and getting help with the missing part went well.

It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly.
