The particular bunny I was initially sent (seller had 5 of these originally, but they had 2 left when I purchased) was defective upon replacing the battery, even though it was brand new. I contacted the seller and we agreed that they would send me the last NIB Snuggimals bunny that they had! At no additional cost to me. Which was awesome! I had a fantastic experience with this seller and I would definitely recommend them! They made it right.
