One comment on shipping though: the box was not very sturdy, and one entire corner and come open and leaked out quite a bit of the packing material. The head rests were not damaged however, and did not fall out. For the $20 I paid for shipping, I would have liked to have seen the box corners at least reinforced with tape or something.
