    I'm not sure what happened here, but the seller WAY under-estimated the shipping on these pillows. Instead of contacting me directly (using the variety of methods eBay provides for buyers/sellers, they used a method that forced me to search for any reason why the item hadn't arrived. On my end, it appeared to have been shipped, but with no tracking information. Poor service.
