    I am terribly confused as to how this item "never arrived" when USPS tracking clearly states that the package was "Delivered, Front Door/Porch PASADENA, TX 77502, April 22, 2025, 12:16 pm". Please see USPS tracking number 9400 1081 0546 2739 4357 62 on the USPS website for confirmation of delivery. Perhaps you can check your door camera to see if you have a porch pirate that took the delivered package.
