The watch was padded very heavily and thoroughly. If there was an issue with the seconds hand, then it's possible that the watch was either not running due to power winding down in transit, or the delivery service may have thrown the package several times in transit. No matter which watch and even if it's in a box, this repeated shock will likely cause the seconds hand to stop, pop out, etc. Please contact me directly for more on how to remedy this.
