    Very disappointed with this transaction. Item had pen marks and rips that were not disclosed in the listing, and seller did not provide accurate pictures or descriptions. Communication was difficult and seller did not address my concerns in a timely or satisfactory manner. Overall, a negative experience that I would not recommend to others."     This used book lot had some limited markings. While I understand this was not to buyer’s satisfaction, I responded within an hour of initial message offering either a partial refund or a full return/refund and resolved as per buyer request a few hours later.
