- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe XL jacket was crammed into a tiny box, smaller than a shoe box! Consequently, it was extremely wrinkled and crumpled! The jacket smelled strongly of some flowery fake chemical spray! One of the button holes was completely frayed and coming apart! I was going to return it but I loved it, so I hung it outside in the sun and rain for a week!! Most of the wrinkles disappeared and most of the smell dissipated. I fixed the button hole. I'm sorry you didnt like how the item was packed. I packed it tightly in a box instead of a poly bags that we usually use to keep the beautiful buttons from being damaged. Shipping is rough and I figured the box would better protect it. I didnt even consider wrinkles to be an issue. If I missed the frayed button hole I apologize. I always note any flaws I notice and the floral smell may have been from dry cleaning. I have free returns if you choose to return it thanks.
