They explained that they couldn't do it for whatever reason, only to make me an offer for a brand new unit that I couldn't refuse. It was such a great price that I couldn't refuse, and it was a much better deal for the new amp. Thank you again

I was skeptical at first because in the past (from other sellers) I have bought used/refurbished amps and they looked like they were on the frontlines of a war. Sound of Tri-State is the only seller that is saved in my favorites. Hope to do business again, soon!
