      Excellent Protein Powder

      The Raw Fit protein powder by Garden of Life is the best I've used. The Marley Coffee flavor is particularly good. Unlike thick, sticky whey based protein powders, Raw Fit is light and refreshing. It tastes good by itself, and you can mix it with almond milk (or regular milk) for a creamier shake. It also works great as a protein boost for smoothies without altering the texture too much. Raw Fit makes a balanced meal replacement. It also comes in chocolate, vanilla, and unflavored.

      Clean, plant-based ingredients with no artificial flavors or preservatives. The inclusion of real coffee rather than a substitute is particularly good. Note that it contains 65mg of caffeine per serving, which could be a plus or a minus depending on whether you're trying to avoid or pursue more caffeine.

      This protein drink is delicious & satisfying. I mixed it with 10 ounce filtered water & a 2 tablespoons of PB2 along with 2 bananas - I'm set, ready to conquer my day.       Great weight loss product

      I have been using the marley coffee flavor of the Raw Fit since July 2016. I have had fibromyalgia for 36 yrs and 3 yrs ago I had a thyroidectomy due to thyroid cancer. I saw this product and was immediated amazed at my energy levels return and weight finally melting away. I am happy to report that I am down 28 lbs since my first drink of raw fit! I love the taste and definitely the results! Will continue using it because of all the nutritional benefits I get!
