Discs seem mostly new but some discs have some light catches. Good value for the price. Image quality is tolerably OK - not as good as US DVD, do have some pixelation (esp with fast/detailed scenes)/static jumps. Menu is very basic. Subtitle button on remote to turn on English sub, subs and audio mostly good. Shipped in bubble mailer,packed loosely, took ~month. Tip is check your discs as soon as you get them!!

Was very happy to find this hard to find series and at a good price! Discs are sent in sleeves in a bubble mailer. Be aware that it may take up to 10 business days to ship out. The English subtitles have to be turned on through your DVD player's menu, the discs do not have a menu. I thought these were a fair value and enjoyed watching them (even have a new favorite series).
