    The items arrived dried up and hard. I contacted the seller with photos as well as the batch date I had checked proving it was expired and asking for a refund. They flippantly told me to get a hold of eBay. Such a headache. When I know they could have refunded me. I messaged the seller a few more times and they ignored me. It doesn't look like I will be getting my refund and I certainly would not recommend anyone buy from this seller. Tatcha products aren't cheap!
