I contacted seller by phone and was told that she had no time to get the phone unlocked although the ad stated the phone was already unlocked by carrier. she wasn't concerned about my concerns but recommended I return the phone if I needed the time unlocked. I do not recommend this seller as her attitude as a seller is not what is expected of someone who false advertised an item.
