      Sleep Easy White Noise Machine

      This little powerhouse White Noise Machine really works very nicely. Hated to give up the large floor fan, as my sleep aid, but much to my surprise, I slept like a baby. It is perfect because it does not take up much surface space, only has 2 volume settings, but the higher speed is more than sufficient to block out background noise. You can adjust the sound slightly by adjusting the opening sizes, exposing 3 different size holes. I like the largest hole opening size, which emits the greatest amount of air, and this works very well in conjunction with of the higher of the two air volume settings. I did not want all of the nature sounds, with too many buttons, adjustments and excess choices. I just wanted a good nights sleep, easy operation, and to block out annoying noises.       Not very soothing

      The soothing sound is an annoying fan the has 2 speeds with not much difference in sound. Every adjustment I made to it was in a range that like squeaky chalk on a chalk board The touch night light is the only redeeming feature of this device. When I plugged it in the first time and tried to sleep, the sound wasn't smooth and constant, it was in a range that actually made my head hurt. After letting it run for an hour, I was no where closer to sleep. I got up and turned it off. It was very warm. Even though it was a cold night, I turned my ceiling fan back on so I could enjoy the white noise. I gave up on it and put it in my daughters room as a night light

      Excellent value, good quality sound machine

      This sound machine was purchased as a Christmas gift for my adult daughter. She used it every night the rest of her Christmas vacation with me - she loves it! I had researched several different sound machines, and found this one to be a very good value, about 1/2 the price of others. It was easy to adjust for tone and volume. Very nice - thanks!

      This has made a huge difference for us.

      We live under a busy landing path to a major airport and this little machine allows us to sleep through the racket, even in the summer with the windows open. It's easy to control the volume just by turning the upper part of the machine. I recently bought one for a friend who bedroom faces a busy street to see if it would make a difference for her. So far so good. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to sleep more soundly.

      Easy to use

      The product is OK and does produce a humming fan/motor sound ~ the sound volume control is limited. Advertised tone control ~ None. I don't believe the overall value is equal to the cost. I have indicated that I would recommend the product and that it is of some value and acceptable quality. If you require sound while sleeping, It seams to work. Let's face it ! some will love it and some won't.
