    Best unknown Holocaust story, with outstanding acting

    This is my favorite Holocaust story movie. It’s gritty and real, including the brutality of the Nazis, with a positive true story of how the better parts of humanity triumphs over them. Also, great writing and acting are all over this story, with special performances by Alan Arjun and Rutger Hauer. A real treat to watch!

    LOST TV CLASSIC IS A MUST SEE

    Made for TV CBS 1987 movie is a thrill ride hang on you will be on the edge of your seat, the only downside is the picture quality and the woman co star looks like a super model and bad accents but no biggie, you never seen a movie this exciting and when the Nazi's get it you will cheer i loved it.

    VERY TRUE sad and IMPORTANT story! Humanity should know MORE about this horrific event!

    Wouldn't say this was "entertaining!", but the story of Sobibor is well-shown here. HIGHLY RECOMMENED to anyone who studies WWII, and specifically the slaughter of JEWS and the holicost. Sobibor actually existed! IN POLAND, as a DEATH CAMP! After the rebellion / uprising / mass escape shown in this film, Himmler shortly afterward ORDERED this DEATH CAMP raized and destroyed. Which in no way slowed down the slaughter of Jews. This is another little-known but important happening from WWII.
