      While there was some delay on the shipping it was by no means the sellers fault. This was completely on USPS. The item was exactly as described still being sealed and no damage even to the box. The packaging could have been a bit better as it was in a bubble mailer rather than a box but luckily the contents weren’t damaged. I’ve had issues in the past with damaged products due to packaging. Overall trustworthy and excellent seller!

      This was a replacement for a 4830 that had a broken auto feed. Currently printing client returns as we speak.

      Great, old Epson printer.

      I had one of these 8-9 years ago and loved it then. Its fast, quiet and has almost no maintenance other than keeping the ink on hand. When mine died, a year or so ago, they had already stopped making them so I went for another Epson, the ET-2800. Huge mistake. The thing is slow, noisy and requires difficult maintenance, as in disassembling the thing to clean out the clogged ink jets. For this you need a $20 kit. Also a "Maintenance Well" that is used to hold old ink on automatic cleanouts needs to be replaced periodically. Another $13. Ugh. So it was a miracle when I saw a "new" that is to say unused WP-4020 available on ebay.
