      I offered this seller $300, which he rejected. I then bid and was the only bidder coming in at $199. The shipping charges were $40 to the US for a very light item. They immediately sent me a message requesting that I pay $91 in addition outside of Ebay or they will cancel my order, which is what ended up happening. He claimed it was for shipping, which is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, THEY ARE SO GROSSLY DISHONEST! Complete disregard for anyone outside of themselves - YUCK!

      hkppst suspends the postal aervice to US. and change globle logistic service means extra shipping charges. we send buyer “cancel order” as because that was the deadline on ebay “send out parcel day” and we checked non pay of this request. we full amount refund include shipping. unfortunately we got this extra fees after few hours but transaction already has beed cancel. Overall is Time zone area communication problem
