      Hello. Apologies for inability to contact you sooner. You see, when the lamp arrived I wasn’t feeling well and the following day I had emergency surgery and hospitalization. Actually I had two surgeries in the matter of a few days, and have been unable to contact you. When I received it my Postmaster scanned it as having damage to the box. Please let me know how I can help with an insurance claim and what I can do to help. Thanks

      Hi I am sorry that the electrical part is damaged. I didn't check as I should have for my feedback (a 70-year-old man is not like computer generation ) I don't buy insurance because the shipping cost is down. It may only cover $ 100. USPS .regular cover which is I don't care too much. I will look up to find the part and you tell me what you think. Thank you
