      Purchased the Vuzix Blade 2 expecting it to be a good deal for the price but turned out when I received the product the moment I put it on it blanked out, indicating that the product had some hardware issues. Once I notify the seller, he began to dispute that I had damaged the product upon receiving it.. I informed the seller to repair the device on my end I had contacted the manufacturer of the glasses in which they indicated to repair it. I needed the invoice for the blade he refused .

      This user tried to scam us by taking pictures of his own Vuzix glasses. We used a professional packaging company that verified that the item in the picture was not our item. The item was also tested by the facility and had no issues. This was just another user trying to get their money back.
