Package was delievered to the wrong address due to USPS placing a different address label over the original. It took two weeks but all is well. Seller cumminicated everyday with me, worked his end with USPS, and we were able to get the item return from wrong address. Seller sent to right address and had insurance so it would be easy to just say "I did nothing wrong; my hands are tied." But instead he cared.
