Shipped a DOLL via Media mail and said it was and I quote “advertised as such” when no such advertisement was made. Media mail is not for dolls and I ended up having to pay to get my package. Absolutely ridiculous. Seller also said the doll was in good condition but her hair is dry and brittle, she has marks on her, and her limbs are loose, all things the seller did not mention.
