He invoiced me the original $10 each and shipped each one separately at a cost of $6.82 ($47.74 total for 7 boxes) , but could have easily combined them into two boxes and shipped them ALL for $14.72 or less. If he had done that, even if he kept the $22.26 he made by overcharging for shipping, he could have passed the additional $23.02 on to me rather than pay it to USPS to ship 7 boxes separately.
