  Seller wrote "Sit On" on the outside of the box. The outer box was crushed and many of the ornament boxes were also crushed as a result. Also, there was zero packaging/cushioning in the box for the ornaments which also resulted in damaged ornament boxes. The combination resulted in items not arriving as pictured/described. I messaged the seller and gave them every opportunity to respond - over a week, no response. I would recommend proceeding with caution on purchases made from this seller

  You never contacted me about any crushed ornaments before leaving your negative feedback. Why would anyone write "Sit On" on the outside of the box before shipping it? You refused to send any photos of the damage so that I could offer you a partial or full refund. Then you leave me negative feedback. As a fellow ebay seller you should be ashamed for making up lies about another seller in order to get something for free.

  I did indeed contact you, twice, with pictures (which are posted along with my feedback). I'm not sure why you continue to deny this information when it is right there for everyone to see. I never leave negative feedback but your complete disregard and lack of communication in this instance warranted a warning to any potential buyers in the future. I'm certain USPS didn't write on the box, maybe you thought it was funny, maybe you didn't like the final price, I don't know, but be professional.

  I had mixed feelings with this transaction. I won the GI Joe Bridge Layer on auction. Seller shipped right away and it arrived padded in a box. Great so far. After examination, I noticed the front middle lifting arm was broken and repaired and it was not disclosed. Seller explained that he inherited a bunch of toys and know nothing about them, just trying to sell them off. Seller did make it right by offering return or partial refund which I took. Since I can do a better repair.

  I'm no expert on GI Joe. However, I'm a honest seller and always correct my mistakes. I offered a full refund upon return at my expense or a partial refund. I do sometimes make mistake but when I do I always make things right with my customers.
