I was bummed, but hey, I took a chance. Received it the following day, with a refund. He very easily could've kept the $$ and said that he fixed it, how would I have known? Amazing seller! 100% recommend. A+++

To my pleasant surprise, 2-days later, I received a notification that I would receive my instrument cluster that morning. I immediately installed it and everything works perfectly!
