No clips or screws with bumper. No grill. 3 ways to unfold bumper. 1, propped open outside with boards or equivalent, 2- heat gun, or 3- hair dryer. I used the sunshine method and boards. 2013 Nissan Altima SV 2.5L 4 door. 1 baby scuff and 2 slight bends which are unoticable by me. If you need a perfect OEM replacement, then might not be for you. but that costs $$$$. PERFECT FOR ME
