    Good but capsules are huge.

    These seem like good vitamins, and I like the combination of vitamins in one capsule, however, the capsules are HUGE. I mean HUGE. So, if you can't take in some air, in case you choke on the thing, and need to be able to expel it if need be, you may not want to order these particular vitamins; they are difficult to swallow.

    One in the market that provides right quantity of minerals. Instead of making 300 pills quarter value.

    Essentially I could not tell about quality of the product, but I could say that Used it for quite some time and I feel better, I have less cramps in my calves due to right amount of magnesium. Thank you for that. I love freed diving and magnesium would make a difference if it right amount and I guess that is quite good quality, seeing/feeling my results. Thank for the good product.     Great supplement but huge

    Now Foods calcium and magnesium softgels. Quality of this supplement is great, as I expected from the Now Foods brand. But a word of caution, these softgels are huge. So much so, that I don't even try to swallow the gelcap whole. I chew the cap, releasing the liquid, then spit out the gelatin capsule. The carrier is rice bran oil, so the taste is not offensive. I like the formula and will continue to buy these.

    Calcium & Magnesium Softgels

    This really supports bone health. I don't swallow the capsule, but cut it open and swallow the ingredients. It is better to swallow the inside than swallowing the whole large capsule which is like a plastic, but there is no aftertaste. It is creamy on the inside of the capsule with some oil. But works great on my bones.
