The instrument was well marked as fragile, wrapped in bubble.wrap and double boxed. The external box took some damage but everything inside was mint.     RG2 mandola (octave mandolin) qualities.

    the RG2 is tuned like an octave mandolin. The instrument is good sounding after I changed the lower G string to a smaller 0.042 diameter. before that the lower strings buzzed. Nice looking with deep warm sound.
