It arrived, crushed and some of the product, leaked and damaged the packaging and was wet when opened. This has happened before! I would recommend not sending any liquid products in an envelope!!!

The product boxes containing the bottles of products were shipped in a small envelop with bubble lining. One of the boxes inside was smashed, but the bottle was fine. I weighted the bottles to make sure they were 'new', as described. Two weight 9.1 oz, 2 weighed 8.9 oz. Not sure what that discrepancy is about, but for the price I paid, I can't complain. I would purchase from this seller again.

I'm not sure if the item got too hot at some point, or if it has simply been sitting around for a while. All communication with the seller was great, and the price was exceptionally reasonable.
