The seller notified us and refunded the payment promptly. But ebay has no special software feature to handle feedback on orders cancelled by the vendor for whatever reason. Ebay could slug in "order cancelled by seller" automatically into a seller's feedback. Instead, we keep getting emails from ebay demanding feedback. It starts with "Did This Item Arrive on Time?" So Seller 5 stars Ebay 1 star.

They thanked me for supporting their breast cancer charity. I am a new survivor! If you truly care about the breast cancer survivors out there then how can you give such a horrible service?
