After a week of just seeing a label created(not shipped), I inquired and stated the reason and date I needed to have it by. No Response. Another week and I file a request with eBay, and coincidentally it ships after 17 days and a blown deadline. CHRA is as described and I am happy with what I got(New China boxed part). Communication is free, though, and needs to be better.
