The upper levels are very difficult to access, so I'm going to have to build ladders for better access. My cat used to run all over the worn out one, I advise looking very carefully before buying. Presently my cat is only using the lower levels, with the old tree she could get to the ceiling and then over to the top of a curio cabinet. now she is missing that.

Fairly straight forward to put together. It took me about an hour. The half-star loss would be due to two small things: 1- There should be an easier transition from the 2nd to the 3rd level. My cats haven't figured out that they have to jump off and back onto a different level yet. 2- It's a little wobbly at the top levels. The cats don't feel secure being up there and get down pretty quickly.
