I used a 20,000 lb excavator to lift it off the trailer and still needed the excavator to lift the top piece off. Once the parts were all removed from the packaging things got easier. Think about this... You double the size of your garage for a few thousand bucks in a matter of an hour and your property taxes stay the same! So happy with it I bought a second one.
