When I mentioned it to the seller I was told it’s a water colour and I could have a replacement card. I didn’t see any point in that and I also needed to post it that day. Good communication but my problem couldn’t be resolved. There was no mention in the description about a watercolour so overall I was dissatisfied.

I ordered a Rocky Birthday card with a clear message to change the word Stallion to a nine year old boys name. Their advert clearly states that cards can be amended but the card arrived without the change I had asked for and when I contacted the seller to point this out they told me that I didn’t send them a message and that they don’t offer changes to this particular card. Be aware of dealing with this seller.
