Seller packed very nicely and shipped quickly. More info on the item would have been helpful, not that I bothered to send an inquiry. LUCKILY, I had the compatible bottom bracket as Stronglight are not consistent in their square taper offerings (ISO & JIS! pick ONE, Stronglight!). And, for some reason, scarce few sellers of crank arms provide this CRITICAL spec. I like TBB
