    A necessary product, but hard to install

    Firstly, you must be experienced in soldering to install these bulbs, so don't just get these thinking that it's a simple install. Learn a little bit first and get a good soldering iron. I installed one of 3 so far and it works great! Gotta install the others and do some tests. Will see soon enough the difference these new bulbs make. Knocked a star down because the packaging was not adequate, and a bulb broke in transit and had to be replaced. The product is fine. Service is fine. Just learn the equipment's insides and learn to solder, like I said. Watch a Youtube tutorial and you'll be fine. Someone needs to make better, more thorough ones though and in English.

    Unexpectedly works better than my original.. not too hard to replace either.

    I bought this because the bulb in my flash broke due to it falling from about 5' to the floor. I'm not an expert on soldering but I've seen tutorials and I think I did a pretty good job since it worked flawlessly. The only problem would be replacing this part. It took me about 2 hrs to get this done since I didn't disassemble the whole flash. I only took the top cover off and zoomed it all the way out, that gave me access to the bulb and I was able to replace it. Overall this bulb is great and for some reason stronger than the bulb on my other flash that has an original bulb still in it. Maybe I'll replace that too who knows.

    OEM replacement

    I bought a 600 from the pawn shop. I wondered why the price was so low. When I got it home, I found out the foot assembly was jacked. Bought this one, works good as new. Still saved money on the flash overall.
