Only fault I found was that shutoff at the spray did not shut off completely and this was only corrected by shutting down at handles completely. Don't know if that was meant to be as I have seen others sold with that in the description but it just seems wrong. Anyway, I am happy with it overall and do not feel it had anything to do with the seller. Hard to find any other make/model of this.

My original valve had counter clockwise to open knobs. This one is counter on the right knob to open, clockwise on the left. Nothing wrong with that, just strange when you're used to righty-tighty lefty-loosen. It should be noted on the listing somewhere I think. If it is and I missed it, my bad.
