Little things mean a lot
Kitty Kallen really was right, “Little things really do mean a lot!” This is a great budget cartridge, everybody knows that, but this stylus is a massive improvement over the elliptical version it replaced. Bags more detail and subtlety and a huge jump in overall quality, with reduced hardness around the high notes and I’ve not really broken it in yet. I’m expecting even better sound quality after another 30 hours or so of playback. When you consider the extra hours of playback this cartridge and stylus will give for the money, along with the huge jump in audio quality, little things really do mean a lot. Great budget and mid priced Hi-fi cartrìdge.
Excellent cartridge. I fitted to a Rega Planar 3 and it opened up the sound stage completely with great instrument separation aswell. I was originally using a Rega Elys 2 which the Audio Tecnica beats by miles. The line contact pulls out much more detail and you hear more tonal variations in the music when compared to an elliptical form. Good all rounder that handles electronic to hard Rock to acoustic. I've been converted and at this price point it's well worth the money. Vinyl needs to be without scratches to get the best from your vinyl.Excellent cartridge. Wonderful
Do not hesitate, just buy this. My first "exotic" stylus profile and it is great. Clarity and detail retrieval are amazing, all frequencies well defined with no over emphasis of any range. Surface noise well suppressed and a well constructed bit of kit. A little bright for the first 30 hours but once the suspension is run in starts to sing. Easy to align. Bargain of the year.

EXCELLENT CARTRIDGE AND GOOD VALUE
I bought this as a spare cartridge for my new turntable. I'd read reviews in the Hi-Fi press and on forums so was expecting it to be reasonably good, but was still pleasantly surprised at how good it actually is! I would say this was excellent value for money.
