I don't know what in the CD yet because I DONT HAVE a CD READER. There is no link to download the contents online and the paper instruction is garbage.

Item was BRAND NEW, as advertised, and in perfect working condition. My only complaints about the Homework Converter and DVR is: (1) Some of these electronic devices come with an HDMI cable. (2) The remote control buttons are too small and have no logical organization. (3) It would be nice if memory was already installed. Then you can add a USB drive if you wanted more memory
