    Clean Installation; No Hitches

    Absolutely, a clean install. The original Nav in my 2006 MB E320 CDI, begged a serious update. MB dealer warned me of NAV update non-availability for my rig, probably due to elapsed years (age?). So I resorted to an eBay hunt. MB User Groups had hinted on need for firmware update as a pre-condition to installing current software. Well, I went with it and have just updated both firmware as well as Map data titled Vs. 15; claimed as LAST AND FINAL UPDATE.. My random thought and experience relating specifically to my car, follow: -Updates go smoothly, especially when accompanying, straight forward instructions are followed -Being patient is imperative. On-screen seems dead after DVD is inserted. Then, all of a sudden the head unit reverts to whichever radio channel had previously been ...

    GPS Disc Review

    We had just reinstalled a disc reader in our car and wanted a newer disc than the one provided. This was a great way to test out the system getting this disc. It works. We haven’t had wnoufh time to drive all over and see how detailed it is but hopefully it will do until we get a current disc 😃

    Firmware requires update

    Unless the firmware is updated the DVD will not work. So I don't know how good it is until I spend the money to update the firmware.

    Doesn’t work ..

    Bad copy .. tested it on multiple command units and nothing . Told him it was a bad copy he said he would send me another one .. still waiting for it . Going on a weak.. the first one arrived in 3 days .. horrible .. worst 15 bucks I have ever spent

    No Good

    It's 2015 instead of 2016, no instruction on how to correctly upload the maps, I just inserted the disk inside the trunk GPS slot but see no change in maps, still old.
