Must have got a lemon
I purchased an open box unit from an authorized dealer and it was a bust. Tried to use the app to connect the internet and it would not work. Got close but would not connect. So I tried to manually connect it but the owners manual did not explain how to select the characters for your Wi-Fi password, so no go. Finally, I just wanted to hear the quality of the amplifier. I tried to connect the Bluetooth option. Selected the input and opened my phone to find the Marantz. You guessed it, no deal. So I selected the phono input to try that out and no sound would come out of this unit. The unit wasn’t muted and there is only one set of speakers so, I’m guessing it just had a flaw of some kind. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro that is supposed to be supported by this unit. So, for me, it was a bust. ... I purchased an open box unit from an authorized dealer and it was a bust. Mostly good unit, wireless drops out all the time!
Nice all in one, but the internet connection drops out all the time and you need to reset the router... even though all the rest of the wireless devices in the house are still working. Marantz needs a firmware update for this $1000 unit that does not work all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most Under-rated Amp Ever?
If people knew just how good the PM7000N was, and what all comes in just one unit, there would be a lot of high-end customers pocketing several thousand dollars, saved by getting this midrange marvel instead of something more exotic.
