      Classic 8-bit console with a great library of titles

      Classic 8-bit system from 1987, the Mk1 is in my opinion far nicer than the later mk2, it has a much better look, A/V out rather than just RF, a card slot for the neat card format games, supports the 3D glasses and has the hidden snail maze game built into the ROM. depending on the console version you might also have a built in game or two on top of snail maze, Hang-on, safari hunt or both. The SMS has some cracking games, the light phaser gun is great if your using a CRT TV(it doesn't work with modern flat panels), laser ghost and space gun are brill. Other less known game on the system I'd recommend are Road Rash(fantastic conversion of the MD game, music is superb), Submarine attack, a great horizontal SHUMP with a unusual style, out run, fantasy zone, Ms. Pac man, pacmania the list ...

      Old skool gamers delight

      Great console of days gone by. Relive or experience games how they used be fun and quirky. Modded sega master system runs games a little quicker than 50 hz and picture is clearer and slightly bigger. Guaranteed fun if you like old games.

      Very happy with this item. Already had a master System 2 with an atrocious RF signal. This modded version is just so much better - night and day difference ! Can now alternate with my MS1 to reduce wear and tear on that system. Thank you so much!

      Excellent modified master system 2

      It's a great console been av modified to work on todays TVs. It's got a switch on the back to skip between 50 & 60 hertz. With alex the kidd built in, such a classic master system game. Incredibly happy. Brilliant.
