      Very short (5min) amount of time to use in max mode

      I was told this is normal but it’s frustration that the run time is 5-6 minutes in the max mode. That’s just not enough time to vacuum a large room much less, more than one room. It’s disappointing that fact is buried in the literature from dyson. The suction isn’t enough for animal hair on the lower power settings. Because this was used, no instructions came with it So it took a while to figure out how to empty the dirt and remove the wand. It wasnt as simple as it looks. It was supposed to be refurbished but it wasn’t very clean when it arrived. I wish I had spent a little more and bought a legitimate refurbished product directly from Dyson
