    There was a snafu with the order fulfillment because seller was ill and could not initiate shipment promptly. So I got the item one week late. Having said that the seller was super apologetic and responsive when back in action. They are even giving me a $50 refund because of the delay. These problems can happen and I would buy from this seller again. Regarding the item, it was in perfect condition and had original Loro Piano tags. I wish it also came with Loro Piana packaging but it did not.

    Previous feedback is incorrect. I mistakenly pasted an old seller feedback here and I can't figure out how to delete it.The purchase and delivery of the Bottega Veneta bag was flawless and on time. The bag was in perfect shape and brand new, including the accessories, remarkable because this item is not in production anymore and hence very hard to find.
