It should mention in the ad that you need a minimum of a 24 inch diameter pan to use any of the attachments because the water sprays out a good 20 inches. My pan is 2 inches deep and 18 inches wide and the water sprayed completely out of the pan in 10 minutes. Good thing I was there watching or the pump may have burned out. I don't use any of the attachments and it works great.
