It was in fact, a Bertoia Bar Stool, as customer ordered. The factory surprised everyone by making a minor design change without telling anyone until customer discovered what was once a double-wire design, changed to singe-wire. That minor change didn’t allow the stool to match the design of a stool customer already had so we provided a 100% refund and paid to have it shipped back to us. Customer out nothing and we appreciated the help to update our item description.

White seat was not protected, arrived dirty where metal frame rubbed against it. Although many items ship from our location, this one ships directly from our manufacturer's warehouse. We will bring this to their attention and request they improve packaging & quality control. Also, if you offered images of your discontent, we would have checked if we could have been able to offer a discount. Maybe next time.
