But lawn crew kept blowing it off spot and this last time it really rained and got past the protection. I found a tall plastic pill bottle that the out door temp reader just fit in, and that in side the zip bag may better protect the reader.

Here is how. Hold down the second button until it says 24hr. Following clicks are normal short ones. Press it 2 more times to get to the hour setting. It will blink. Use the 3rd (up) or 4th button (down) to set the hour. One more click on #2 to set minutes. Again, 3rd or 4th buttons to adjust minutes. After last click, time will lock in about 5 seconds.
