      The seller's ad was very detailed with a dozen pictures and a general description stating that it was in used but overall good condition and that any flaws were visible in the photos. Upon receipt of the item I was shocked because the package was flimsy, the tape had been tangled and collected lots of hair during packing, and the item itself well then much worse condition then shown. Giving the seller High marks bc we worked out a satisfactory solution and he did his part in a timely fashion.
