    Received 4 trees these were advertised as being 40cm-60cm long. Not one met the minimum height, the smallest is 30cm. I contacted seller & enclosed 4 photo's with tape measure showing heights. I was told to start the returns process. I hate the way ebay sellers when they can't meet their own guidelines just dispatch the item in the hope that they are not rejected & giving the buyer the hassle returning & repacking the item. Why not ask the buyer if they would be happy to accept before posting?

    We worked with this customer to resolve the issues. Refunded him in full and told him the trees can sometimes be shorter in the winter when the leaves have fallen. Dispite this he still left this feedback.
