The stone was polished and didn't have the same weight as my other shungite necklaces. Seller made it seem as if it was my fault for picking the wrong one. Not only did the item 'not match description', they also make you pay for the shipping back. I feel ripped off and will never buy here again. For all I know, it could be FAKE Chinese garbage. Quantity of beads and production procedures are the same from 2017. We made a refund without any claims and order has been returned. Now we have the lowest prices on Ebay for shungite and we can not accept free returning.

Shungite is very soft stone, so it is normal thing if it leaves black marks. On the contrary, fake shungite, obsidian and other stones that replace shungite do not leave traces, because they are harder! Some customers check authenticity of the stone this way. We recommend not to wash polished items, because they will lost their shining. But only clear polished product with DRY cloth several times.
